SCORESBY FNC – AFL VICTORIA CLUB SUSTAINABILITY AWARD WINNERS 2026!

Scoresby Football Netball Club is incredibly proud to be recognised by AFL Victoria with the 2026 Club Sustainability Award (Metropolitan).

This fantastic achievement recognises the club’s commitment to recycling through Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme, an initiative that has not only made a positive impact on the environment but has also raised an incredible $5,300 for the club!

A massive thank you must go to David Plumridge, Harry, Konrad and Webby, the main driving forces behind this initiative since the Club began its recycling program. Their hard work, dedication and commitment have been instrumental in Scoresby receiving this prestigious award.

This is a wonderful example of how a simple initiative, combined with the efforts of passionate club people, can make a significant difference both on and off the field.

Finally, a big thank-you to everyone else who has supported the Club by collecting or donating their own recycling, and we look forward to continuing the program next season!

GO SCORESBY! 🖤🤍
